Position Details: Full-time, Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, basic Windows Office knowledge, and can maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and a 5-star experience
  • Answer phones and book service calls to the dispatch board
  • Call existing customers to schedule service visits
  • Enter and maintain detailed notes in electronic customer files/jobs
  • Participate in ongoing professional training
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience/Education:

  • Positive, empathetic, team-first attitude
  • Dispatch/call center/customer service experience
  • Willingness to learn and be coached
  • Knowledge of general customer service principles
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
  • High school diploma or higher

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
